You must initiate and complete the return of your product within 90 days of purchase.
- The returned product must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.
- For poultry farming-specific products (e.g., feed, farming equipment), items must be unopened, undamaged, and fit for resale.
A receipt or valid proof of payment (e.g., credit card statement, PayPal transaction ID) is mandatory to process your return.
Do not send products directly to the manufacturer. All returns must be shipped to the specified address provided below.
- Perishable poultry farming-related products (e.g., fresh poultry feed with a short shelf life).
- Opened disposable farming hygiene products (e.g., disinfectant wipes, protective gloves).
- Farming equipment with damage, missing parts, or signs of use that are not caused by our error.
- Opened informational products (e.g., feed formula manuals, farming technology CDs).
- Products returned more than 90 days after delivery.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. This email will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Only regularly priced poultry farming products are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges are only available for products with quality defects or shipping damage, and are limited to the same product model.
To request an exchange:
- Send clear photos showing the product issue to [info@littlegreenyard.com].
- Mail the defective/damaged item to the return address provided below.
- If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you: You will receive a gift card equal to the item’s value, which will be mailed to you after we confirm receipt of the return.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, or the giver shipped it to themselves first: The refund will be issued to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.

- Consumer-caused returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Our-caused issues: If you receive damaged or incorrect goods due to our error, you will not be required to bear return shipping costs.
If the value of the returned product exceeds $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of uninsured/untracked returns.
